WVU Extension Service Garden Calendar
West Virginia University Extension Service’s showcase publication the Garden Calendar is produced every year and features expert advice from Extension’s finest agents and specialists. This publication is completely free to all residents of West Virginia. To pickup your copy visit a local Extension Service office. This project was truly, a team effort from the entire Communication Team. The team consisted of graphic designers, writers, editors, photographers.
I was able to help contribute photographs and overall creative direction. This was the second year we created a full-color calendar which was a very big step for us, considering Extension had been producing this calendar since 1959 in black and white. The calendar included tips for planting fruits and vegetables and best times for harvests, moon cycles, herb variety charts, recipes and so much more.
